THTR 239 - Movement II: Alexander Technique(3.00) Through practical exercises and related reading, the course introduces students to the basic skills of communicating through movement, including: relaxation, coordination and alignment, and spatial relationships. All exercises are based on the principles of the Alexander Technique of movement re-education, which leads to greater poise and physical expression.
