Early childhood music fundamentals training (El Sistema methods compared to other established methods). Age-appropriate orchestra and chorus development: El Sistema materials and process, conducting, sectional instruction. Basic percussion techniques and percussion ensemble direction. Individual woodwind, brass, and string pedagogy. Basic instrument repair. Creative composition and improvisation principles and techniques. Use of technology in music education. Creative collaborations for developing a community¿s musical language.
