ECON 433 - Urban Economics(3.00) Analysis of the economic aspects of urban problems and of alternative public policy of local, state and federal government. Topics are government expenditure, location, tax theory and borrowing policy, employment, income, poverty and welfare, housing and urban renewal, environmental quality, transportation and public overhead capital, and public services.
