AMST 410 - Seminar in U.S. Social Structures(3.00) Advanced study of a specific problem in U.S. Social Structures, focusing on particular institutional structures and practices that shape and are shaped by the experiences of individuals and social groups in American society. A different topic will be announced each semester the course is offered. The seminar is designed to develop research and analytical skills specific to this area, and students will have the opportunity to do original research.
