This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to lead programs and initiatives in early childhood, advance goals for early childhood locally and nationally, and promote policies that establish Maryland as a national leader in early childhood. Participants will engage in discussions and projects to better understand theory-based and research-informed dimensions of leadership and how to apply them in early childhood settings.
