PSYC 667 - Total Rewards[3] This Master’s level course has been developed to support the competency development for current and future HR leaders. It provides an overview of contemporary organization’s compensation and benefits system, colloquially known as “total rewards”. The course covers the themes of compensation, benefits and other reward and recognition programs in the context of an organization’s business strategy.
