AFST 360 - Studies in Black Fiction (3)


Critical examinations of selected works of fiction by and about blacks based on a particular historical period, theme, type or direction. Selected works may be from one or more of the three areas of concentration (Africa, United States, Caribbean and Latin America). Topics will be published in the Schedule of Classes. This course is repeatable for credit with different topic. Students may complete a maximum of 6 credits. Recommended Preparation: AFST 260  or AFST 261
