MGMT 489 - Seminar on Management in Business (3) This class explores methods of revenue generation and supporting systems in technology-focused businesses with an emphasis on electronic commerce business development, maintenance and expansion. Both business-to-consumer and business-to-business aspects of management will be covered with an emphasis on products and services in electronic marketplaces. It reflects the current research in technology companies with special emphasis on e-commerce activities. Customer service, selling services and goods, customer relationship management and more are emphasized. The business method and revenue generation strategy of a leading company is analyzed in each week’s class.
