GES 305 - Landscape Ecology(3.00) Landscape ecology is an integrative discipline aimed at understanding the causes and consequences of ecological pattern, process and change within and across landscapes at local, regional and global scales. This course introduces the fundamental concepts and tools of landscape ecology and explores their application in basic ecological science, biodiversity conservation, environmental management and landscape planning.
