PSYC 463 - Eating: Normal and Abnormal(3.00) This course examines the psychological, physiological and cultural determinants of human eating behavior. Topics include the development of food preferences and eating habits, eating disorders, (e.g. anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating), overeating/obesity, the nature of hunger/satiety, evolutionary perspectives and the effects of aging.
