CSED 506 - Computational Thinking[3] This course is part of a series of graduate-level computer science application courses designed primarily for P-6 teachers working to earn the Master of Arts in Education degree with a focus on computer science education. “Computational thinking is going to be a defining feature of the future and it’s an incredibly important thing to be teaching to kids today” (Gamble, A. 2016). The National Council for Research suggested that Computational thinking is a cognitive skill the average person is expected to possess. Students are introduced to Computational Thinking (CT) principles with the goal of enabling them to integrate computational thinking into their curricula.
