CSED 551 - Introduction to Programming[3] This course is part of a series of graduate level computer science application courses designed primarily for secondary teachers working towards earning the Master of Arts in Education degree with a focus on computer science. This introductory course to computer science teaches introductory concepts of computer programming using an instructor-chosen programming language focusing on the features of the given introductory programming language. Pedagogical concepts for teaching introductory programming will be introduced. Students will develop and appreciate how computers store and manipulate data.
