MUSC 320 - UMBC Jazz Ensemble (1)

This course introduces students to literature composed for jazz ensemble. Students will perform with the UMBC Jazz Ensemble at the end of the semester.  An audition with the ensemble director is required. MUSC 320 cannot be taken concurrently with MUSC 358 . This course is repeatable for credit. Recommended Preparation: MUSC 190 , MUSC 193 , MUSC 194 , or prior experience playing in an ensemble. Note: Students may complete a maximum of 10 semesters.
