[3]This course will examine the major topics of geometry, including inductive and deductive reasoning; area, perimeter and volume; similarity, congruence and proportional reasoning; application and proofs of the Pythagorean theorem; symmetry and transformational geometry; comparisons and proofs. A major project is required.
