PSYC 650 - Child Clinical Psychology [3] This course covers the etiology, symptomatology, assessment and treatment of psychopathology in children and adolescents. A variety of treatment approaches (e.g., behavior modification, cognitive therapies and family therapy) will be presented, and students will learn how to apply these techniques to such problem areas as anxiety, depression, hyperactivity, non-compliance and aggression. Prerequisite: Prerequisites: PSYC 607 , PSYC 622 , PSYC 623 and consent of instructor.
