AGNG 110 - Growing Older in a Technological World (3)

This course will introduce students to aging with supporting technology, as a social, cultural and economic phenomenon that has shaped the lives of those entering their later years, as well as an enabler to improve and enhance quality of life for aging communities. Real-world devices and applications are utilized to cover topics such as social media and connection, smart home, wearables, telehealth, gaming, assistive tech, robots, and tech support senior drivers. Recommended Preparation: Any AGNG course and any IS course or CMSC course or COMP 101 with a ‘C’ or better
