BIOL 316L - Phage Hunters Genome Analysis (2)

In Phage Hunters Genome Analysis, participants will utilize state of the art computer programs to annotate complete bacteriophage genome sequences generated in Genetics Lab Phage Hunters Edition (BIOL 302L ) and identify the unknown bacteriophages. The course includes a large degree of self-paced investigative work. Recommended Preparation: CMSC 104  and/or BIOL 313 .
