CHEM 465 - Mass Spectrometry at the Chemistry-Biology Interface (3) Primary mass spectrometric methods for the structural characterization and functional investigation of biomolecules, such as proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, etc. will be covered. Sequencing, identification of post-translational modifications, proteome application and functional investigations of biomolecules will be discussed using a problem-based approach.
