ART 379 - Digital-Physical Hybrids (3)

Invisibilities produced by smart devices, electronic beeps, cookies, and surveillance live and interact with and amongst us and interact with our everyday lives. Using ordinary devices and electronics, students will create and design artistic projects that explore the everyday embodiment with technology and physical matter. In this hands-on course, students will produce experimental works through hacking electronics, circuit bending and using digital media in novel ways to design and create performances, sculptural objects and public works.
