UMBC empowers working professionals with a Master’s program that harnesses a continuum of expertise and experience of instructors and leaders from within the university, UMBC Training Centers, and bwtech@UMBC. Students learn how to bring an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative practices, and thoughtful leadership to their organizations and businesses with courses designed to teach real-world skills.
A bachelor’s degree in any subject
- Applicants should have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. (Students with a GPA less than 3.0 may be admitted to the program with relevant professional or academic experience
- GRE scores are not required for admission

EIL is an applied, professional degree and as such does not offer research-based assistantships. However, students are eligible to apply for non-research based graduate assistantships offered through other academic departments.
