Faculty
The Post-Master’s Certificate in College Teaching and Learning Science prepares graduates to teach in a community college or four-year college setting. There is growing evidence that active and innovative approaches to learning are necessary to reach, retain, and educate college learners. The program is based in learning science and provides current and future educators with empirically based knowledge, skills, and strategies to address successful learning at the college level. The certificate is built on the foundation of evidence-based best practices and follows research that emphasizes a student-centered approach.
Domestic Students
- Bachelor’s degree in any area, minimum 3.0
- Master’s degree, successful completion or in progress
- Transcripts, bachelor’s and master’s
- Resume
- Two letters of recommendation
- Goal statement address program interest and fit
Application deadlines are Fall: August 1; Spring: December 1
