Certificate in Geographic Information Science (GIScience) - The Certificate in Geographic Information Science is designed for students who want to supplement their major with an additional certification recognizing their proficiency in GIS, Remote Sensing and Cartographic techniques. A student must have a 2.5 or better GPA in the certificate courses, and no course with a grade lower than a C can count toward the certificate.
