Russian Language and Culture Minor

Offered by Modern Languages, Linguistics & Intercultural Communication , this minor allows students to deepen their understanding of, and ability to function in, Russian language and cultural settings.

Minor Requirements

  • Minimum 22 credits
  • Minimum grade of ‘C’ in courses applied to the minor

Course Requirements

Modern Languages Core (3 credits)

Complete 3 credits from the following:

Advanced Russian (10 credits)

Complete the following 10 credits:

Russian Electives (9 credits)

Complete 9 credits in upper-level RUSS courses. Two appropriate 200-level or 300-level MLL-acronym courses, chosen in consultation with the student’s advisor, may substitute for two RUSS electives.
