ECON 405 - Benefit-Cost Evaluation (3) This course develops the basic conceptual framework used in benefit-cost analysis and illustrates how the framework can be used to evaluate specific public-sector programs and policies. The course demonstrates how many of the tools of economics can be applied to practical problems.
