POLI 423 - Presidential Elections (3) This course examines U.S. presidential elections and the campaigns waged to win the White House. Topics include the presidential nomination process and history; the creation, evolution and contemporary structure of Electoral College and its implications; electoral strategies and tactics utilized by candidates and campaign; and results and voting patterns from presidential nomination and general election contests.
