[3]Introduction to basic semi-conductor device processing techniques: etching, photo-lithography, metallization and device characterization. Laboratory exercises will complement the lectures and demonstrate the principles. Prerequisite: Prerequisites: ENEE 630 and ENEE 631 or consent of instructor.
