PHYS 112 - Basic Physics II (4) This second-semester introductory algebra-based physics course is a continuation of PHYS 111 . It is intended for those majoring in the life sciences and others for whom basic knowledge of physics is helpful or desired. Topics include electrostatics, magnetism, circuits, wave optics, and ray optics. This course consists of lectures and labs. Note: This course satisfies the minimum requirements of medical and dental schools.
