ENGL 301 - Analysis of Literary Language (3) An introduction to the study of literary texts for English majors and prospective English majors. The course focuses on the nature and special qualities of literary language to provide the student with the critical skills required for intensive literary study. Particular attention will be given to techniques of close reading and critical analysis.
