ENGL 464 - Studies in Women and Literature (3) The study of literature by or about women with an introduction to feminist literary theory and methods. The course will address questions of canonicity and a female literary tradition. It will examine the relationship between gender and genre, identify patterns of gender representation, and introduce students to key terms and questions in the scholarly study of gender and sexuality. Topics will be published in the Schedule of Classes. This course is repeatable for credit with different topic. Students may complete a maximum of 9 credits or 3 attempts.
