GES 451 - Urban Sustainability(3.00) Students will apply previously gained knowledge about urban human-environment interactions to a specific research question related to sustainability in urban landscapes. Readings and in-class discussion will apply the concept of sustainability to contextualize environmental issues facing urban places, including urban development and energy consumption, land-use change, climate change and water resources.
